I chose this photo because the lines provide an appealing sense of parallel lines that make your eyes follow the depth in the picture. The lines add appeal to the picture and make this a good example of a line picture.

I chose this image for the rule of thirds because the chopper is in the top left corner of the picture. The rest of the image shows where the chopper is going.
